Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of Sopwith Triplane N6301 of Captain Roderick McDonald of 8 Naval Squadron RNAS. Canadian McDonald gained his first two air victories on 24 May 1917 and followed them four days later by shooting down an Albatros D.III while flying this plane, nicknamed “DUSTY II”. He scored eight overall before he was shot down and killed in May of 1918 by a pilot of Jasta 43.
