Description

This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of Sopwith Triplane N5376 of Flight Lieutenant Gerald Ewart Nash of 10 Naval Squadron RNAS.  Nash was part of flight “B” of Naval 10, also known as “The Black Flight”, because of their cowling and wheel colors, as well as the planes’ nicknames.  N5376 was nicknamed “Black Sheep”.   Canadian Nash scored six victories in the three months he flew with Naval 10, but in June 1917 he was shot down by Karl Allmenröder and captured.  Nash was flying N5376 when shot down, but it was in Collishaw hand-me-down N5492 that he scored most of his victories.

No painting is necessary — this model comes printed in full color, ready to use.  The model does not come with a flight stand, maneuver deck, or plane card.  You can find an unofficial plane card for this plane in this paint scheme in the gallery on this page.
