Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of the SPAD XIII of Lieutenant Maurice Jean-Paul Boyau of Escadrille Spa 77. Boyau had 35 air victories, comprised of 15 aircraft and 20 observation balloons, ranking him as France’s fifth-leading WWI ace. He was killed in action just after destroying his 20th balloon on 16 Sep 1918. His 1917-model SPAD 13 was built by Bleriot and featured escadrille emblems on the sides and top wing.
