Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of the Nieuport 17 of Lieutenant Maurice Boyau of Escadrille N77. 35-victory ace Boyau was a balloon specialist and ten of his victories were scored before Escadrille N(ieuport)77 was redesignated Spa(d)77. The fanciful snake or dragon motif is presumed to be green but there is no documentation of its actual color.
