Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of the Halberstadt D.III of Oberleutnant Hans Berr of Jasta 5. Berr was severely wounded with the infantry in 1914 and — after recovering — transferred to the air service in March 1915. When Jasta 5 was formed in August 1916, Berr became its first commander and was greatly respected. He scored 10 air victories and earned the Pour le Mérite before being brought down in a mid-air collision with a squadron mate in April 1917.
