Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of Hanriot H.D.1 №515 of Tenente Flavio T. Baracchini of 76ª Squadriglia. Baracchini was Italy’s fourth-leading ace with 21 air victories. He started on Voisin aircraft in 1916. He moved to fighters in early 1917 and had frequent successes by mid-summer. But a wound in August took him out of the fighting until March 1918, by which time the 76ª had been re-equipped with Hanriots. Baracchini’s choice of aces as a motif was a fairly obvious indication of his ambitions.
