Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of the Hanriot H.D.1 of Tenente Leopoldo Eleuteri of 70ª Squadriglia. Eleuteri’s Hanriot was painted a dark green over its upper surfaces, which explains why it was once mistaken for a Sopwith in a report from an observation post. Eleuteri scored 13 or 14 claimed victories — seven confirmed. One of his autumn 1918 victories was while flying the Ansaldo A.I Balilla — the only one recorded on that type. Eleuteri was a firm friend of Avet, and they frequently flew together.
