Description
This is a full-color 3D print of Sopwith 1½ Strutter 9739 of 3 Naval Wing, RNAS. As planes were not assigned to individuals at this time, it was flown in combat by several teams, including Flight Sub-Lt. Ronald Francis Redpath and Air Mechanic A.J. Dell, but also McNeil and Dell, Davies and Pinchin, Dalison and Fraser, and finally Smith and Portsmouth. The last pair were forced down on 25 Feb 1917 by a Gottlieb Vothknecht of Jasta 24.
