Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of SPAD 7 S3173 of Lieutenant Paul F. Baer of 103rd Aero Squadron. Baer was the U.S.’s highest-scoring SPAD 7 ace with nine air victories in three months of flying with the 103rd. In July 1918 he was shot down in this plane and captured. Before joining the 103rd he flew with the French in the Lafayette Escadrille (SPA 124), which transitioned into the 103rd when it came under American control.
