Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of SPAD 13 B’6846 of No. 23 Squadron RFC. This plane was flown by Captains James Fitz-Morris and New Zealander Herbert Frank Stacey Drewitt. Fitz-Morris began is career as a gunner on a Vickers F.B. 5, then graduated to F.E.2bs and DH4s with No.25 Squadron. In early 1918 he became a flight commander with No.23 Squadron flying SPADs, gaining seven of his fourteen total air victories on this type. Drewitt gained seven victories on No.23 SPADS before moving to Sopwith Dolphins with No.79 Squadron.
