Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of Pfalz D.III 1395/17 of Leutnant Aloys Heldmann of Royal Prussian Jasta 10. Fifteen-victory ace Heldmann (also spelled “Alois”) joined the war effort in 1915 and served in the infantry on the Eastern Front. He gained his pilot license and flew two-seaters in the Balkans before joining Jasta 10 in June 1917. He survived the war and died in the 1980s.
