Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of Albatros W.4 #954. While the prototypes may have come out in clear-doped linen and varnished wood, later production machines used German hexagonal Naval camouflage on the upper fabric surfaces. The fabric was applied with the hexagon flat to the front on the wings and the hexagon point to the front on the fuselage and tail. #954 was flown out of Seeflugstation Warnemünde.
No painting is necessary — this model comes printed in full color, ready to use. The model does not come with a flight stand, maneuver deck, or plane card. You can find an unofficial plane card for this plane in this paint scheme in the gallery above or at https://linen.miraheze.org/wiki/File:AlbW4-954-card.jpg.
