Description
This is a full-color 1:144 3D print of Hansa-Brandenburg D.I 28.10 of Flik 41/J. Austro-Hungarian top ace Godwin Brumowski flew this plane along with — initially — several other pilots. Of Brumowski’s 35 air victories, several were recorded in the Brandenburg D.I, also known as the “KD” or “Star-Strutter”. Brumowski commanded Flik 41/J from its formation in April 1917 through late 1918 and mentored several of Austria-Hungary’s best pilots. 28.10 was the first personal aircraft of Brumowski.
No painting is necessary — this model comes printed in full color, ready to use. The model does not come with a flight stand, maneuver deck, or plane card. You can find an unofficial plane card for this plane in this paint scheme in the gallery.
